Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment Management System

The EuroAdvance Közgazdasági Tanácsadó Kft. (EuroAdvance Economic Consultancy Ltd), having its seat in Nyíregyháza (Hungary) and an experience of thirteen years and its own regional consultation center of 450 m2, opened in October 2003, is an undertaking providing business consultancy and full financial, accounting and quality management services.

Our predecessor was established in 1994 with a financing consultancy and business planning profile. However, after having successfully managed our partners, our clients began to address us with their accounting and tax problems, and as a result, we had to extend our profile: we evolved into a company that has been providing full financial and management services for several years.

We carry out not only financing, company management and training activities, but also provide integrator and SMCs networking services. Our company successfully manages domestic and EU tenders, provides training as a registered adult training institution, and has gained a lot of experience in the implementation, building and development of controlling systems and integrated quality management systems.

The Company operates an ISO 9001:2000 quality management and an ISO 14001:2005 environment management system, and it has been available for clients as a certified body since July 2003. We operate with the mentality to not develop tax-avoidance techniques, but to plan and support a profitable management system and to ensure a stable development of the clients. We prepare interim reports as required by our partners, but at least on a monthly basis, which show the magnitude of differences between plans and facts, their underlying causes, and thus negative processes can be successfully stopped in due time.

The biggest consultancy centre with a conference room and a parking 50 places in North-West Hungary was opened in early October, 2003, in Nyíregyháza - Oros. This conference room of 120 people has broadband internet connection allowing us to organize web conferences. Besides our events, the conference room can also be used for other events. We opened our metropolitan office at Fogarasai u. 2-6 in Budapest in the summer of 2006.

Since July 2003 we have carried out quality and environment management system development activities. Our quarterly "Quality Management Seminars" helped us and the participating regional SMCs to bear in mind a quality-oriented approach.

EuroAdvance Kft. is a participant in the multiplication programme of the Ministry of Economy and Transport and a registered EU consultant of the North-Plain Regional Development Council. Furthermore, it is listed in the formal Register of the National Association of Rural Development Consultants and is a registered consultant of the Chamber of Commerce (OPMT). In November and December 2006 we received a prize from the Hungarian Quality House (Magyar Minőség Háza) in the “Business Management Consultant” category and an "Award for Excellence" on the North-Plain Regional Quality Prize, respectively. In May 2008 we received the "Service Provider of the Year" decoration of the County Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Company is a formal and contracted consultant for EU tenders for several banks. As a trainer of the Structural and Cohesion Funds Training Center since July 2004, our Company continuously launches general and vocational training for small and medium-sized companies.

Our commitment to improving quality and environment management is well represented by the fact that we are a member of the Hungarian Association for Quality and the ISO 9000 Forum of Hungarian Certified Bodies. In 2006 we also became a member of the Joint Venture Association (the Vice-chairman of the EU Commission is the executive manager of the Company), and in 2007 we joined the Switzerland-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce.

In 2007 we signed an agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the operation of an EU-conform Regional Consultancy Center. According to this agreement, special consultants who joined us will provide assistance for agricultural entrepreneurs using EU aids.

 

Detailed presentation of our businesses

1. Financial consultancy

A fundamental issue in the development of companies is whether they have proper creditworthiness or not, and if their credit standing is limited, what resources can they use to increase their financial standing (aids, credit, leasing and so on).
Consequently, we carry out complex creditworthiness analyses and we analyze not only the chances of obtaining and repaying the credit (aid), but also what other solutions are available that can help implement a project.

The fastest possible way to raise funds is to obtain a bank credit, and in this respect we can make competitive offers even under the Central Bank interest rate. The indirect method is to participate in economic development tender constructions issued by resource centers from Brussels, by Hungarian ministries, the National Development Agency and the Regional Development Councils, and we can ensure their complex management using reference themes collected over 14 years.

EU tenders, which bring development for Hungarian companies, as well, and which can be used for construction, acquisition of machinery, IT development, training, agricultural and environmental investments, are managed as follows:

  • We analyze whether the company is eligible for a given aid.
  • We match the project to be funded with program objectives and priorities.
  • We provide assistance in the programming of project activities.
  • We provide assistance in the development of the financial plan, appropriation budget and marketing plan.
  • We draw up the written, financial and feasibility part of the tender.
  • We draw up the tender documentation with the required annexes, even in several foreign languages.
  • We maintain contact with the organization involved from the time of signing the agreement until the fulfillment of all contractual obligations (usually for 5 years).
  • We draw up the project performance documentation.
  • We carry out the procurement procedure in relation to the project.
  • We draw up regular progress reports and send them to the authorities.
  • We manage changes, which occur during implementation, and draw up amendments to contract, if necessary.
  • We draw up the final written financial report upon completion.
  • We participate in audits to assist as experts.

2. Accounting and payroll

4. Training

Individual and corporate-level knowledge plays a major role in the operation of modern companies. Therefore, an efficient management is essential for competitiveness.
We have detailed topics for each training program, which can be adjusted according to the needs of your company after a common consultation.

Private persons are eligible to tax relief for adult education for course and exam fees paid by them, and companies can charge the training costs paid to contributions to professional training, because in 2007 our institution and 3 of our programs were accredited. 6. Non-profit consultancy

7. Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment Management System

The responsibility of the quality management consultancy business is to develop and prepare for certification a quality management system for our partners according to standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 28001, as well as the HACCP system. The qualified engineers and economists of Euroadvance Kft. will assess the processes and resources available to your company. This assessment will document the necessary procedures and we provide active assistance in the implementation of the quality management system. We will also provide assistance in selecting the certification body, inform you about tendering opportunities and prepare your EU tender. In case of cumbersome operating quality management system, we make proposals to improve the system and to define new guidelines. There are possibilities to use aids in this project, as well. For our objective is to disseminate quality-awareness in the North-Plain Region, we organize quality management seminars in our conference room by involving auditors.

We focus on our clients, because they motivate us to seek perfection in our relation with them and to provide flexible and customized services. We also seek reliability both in the development of our services and client relations. This is based on an experience gained during the development and preparation for certification of approximately 25 management systems in the field of commerce, service provision, food industry, trade and service of vehicles, health care, drug approval, construction and electrical works and production.
